Vinification:

The base wine is vinified using traditional methods to preserve the aromas and structure of the Chardonnay grape. The alcohol is then removed using a modern vacuum distillation process. This elaborate process, which takes more than 30 hours, is carried out at low temperatures to preserve the quality of the wine. No additional aromas are added, resulting in an authentic and natural taste.
