Sepp Muster BIO Graf Sauvignon 2021
Discover the unique taste of Southern Styria – with the Graf Sauvignon 2021 from the Maria & Sepp Muster winery
The Graf Sauvignon 2021 is an extraordinary, biodynamically produced white wine from Southern Styria. Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc from over 40-year-old vines that grow on calcareous clay and loam soils, this wine reflects the authenticity and terroir of the region. The grapes are harvested by hand, gently pressed and spontaneously fermented in 2400-liter oval wooden barrels. The wine then matures for about two years on the fine lees in neutral wooden barrels before being bottled unfiltered and without the addition of sulfur.
Why choose the Graf Sauvignon 2021?
- Authentic taste: This wine impresses with its juicy texture and aromatic notes that perfectly capture the character of Sauvignon Blanc.
- Sustainable production: The Maria & Sepp Muster winery cultivates its 10 hectares of vineyards according to biodynamic principles and has been a member of Demeter since 2003.
- Artisan quality: From the vineyard to the bottle, every step is carried out with the utmost care and expertise to ensure the highest quality.
The Graf Sauvignon 2021 pairs wonderfully with seafood, crab and lobster and is an ideal companion for special occasions. Enjoy a piece of Styrian wine culture in your glass!
