About the chef
Jan Horký is the holder of the title Chef of the Year of the Czech Republic 2008 and 2018, captain of the National Team of Chefs and Confectioners of the Czech Republic. At the 2018 World Championships in Singapore, he won a gold medal and became the overall winner.
