Iglo MSC 13 Fish Fingers
Käpt'n iglo's Fish Fingers are made from tender, 100% MSC-certified Pacific Polar Cod fillet, coated in a super crispy batter breading.
Preparation recommendation:
In the oven: Preheat the oven including the baking tray to 220 °C. Carefully place the still frozen fish fingers on the baking tray covered with baking paper. Bake on the upper rack with top and bottom heat for approx. 15-17 minutes (hot air: middle rack approx. 13-15 minutes). Turn after half the baking time.
In the pan: Put approx. 1/2 cm of fat in a pan and heat it up well. Put in the still frozen fish fingers - the fat must not cool down too much - and fry for approx. 5-8 minutes over medium heat, turning several times.
We ask you to always check whether the fish is cooked through.
