Iglo Breaded Mushrooms
Crispy breaded mushrooms are a popular vegetarian classic in Austrian cuisine and are on the menu in every tavern. Particularly tasty with green salad and tartar sauce.
Preparation recommendation:
In the oven: Preheat the oven to 225 °C. Spread the desired amount of breaded mushrooms evenly on a baking sheet and bake on the middle rack for about 13 minutes. Turn the breaded mushrooms after half the baking time. After preparation, let the breaded mushrooms cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
In the deep fryer: Preheat the deep fryer to 175 °C. Put in the frozen breaded mushrooms and fry until golden yellow for about 5 minutes. Then place on a kitchen towel and drain.
Do not refreeze after thawing! Please make sure that the product is completely cooked through before consumption!
