Iglo Oven Potato Pancakes

iglo Oven Potato Pancakes made from Marchfeld potatoes and roasted onions are ideal as a spicy side dish with sausages, grilled food or game.

Preparation recommendation:

In the oven:
Preheat oven to 220°C (convection: 200°C). Spread the frozen potato pancakes on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake on the middle rack for approx. 13–15 minutes until golden brown. Turn after half the baking time.
In the pan:
Place the frozen potato pancakes in a pan with a little hot fat or oil and fry on each side for approx. 4-5 minutes until golden brown, turning carefully over a low flame.
In the deep fryer:
Preheat deep fryer to 170°C. Add the frozen potato pancakes to the hot fat or oil and fry for approx. 4–6 minutes until golden brown, do not overfill the frying basket (ideally half full).
