Iglo ASC Atlantic Salmon Supreme Quality
Salmon is one of the most popular fish ever, and not without reason as we find. The aromatic, tender pink to orange fillets simply taste wonderful.
The Iglo Atlantic salmon is particularly tender and juicy, and also rich in omega-3 fatty acids.
Preparation recommendation:
Remove the frozen fillets from the packaging and thaw them in the refrigerator for a few hours before use (e.g. overnight). Rinse briefly under running water just before preparation, pat dry and process further.
In a pot: Put about 1.5 cm of water in a pot or pan and season and refine as desired. Place the fillets in the boiling water and simmer covered over medium heat.
In a pan: Salt the fillets, season with pepper and lemon juice to taste, coat in flour and cook through on both sides in a coated pan with a little fat over medium heat.
Despite careful production processes and quality assurance, in rare cases bones may be present in the product.
We ask you to always check whether the fish fillets are cooked through.
