Soft cheese made from pasteurized milk with a thin white mold rind, produced at the foot of the Vercors and matured for at least 10 days. Delicately creamy in taste. Beautiful wooden packaging. During its maturation, this cheese naturally develops its mold rind, which is completely edible. The formation of this mold layer is quite normal and contributes to the maturation of the cheese.
