Isigny Mimolette Semi-Hard Cheese AOP
During the ripening period of at least 6 months, its dough becomes firm and somewhat crumbly and develops notes of hazelnut. Depending on the
length of ripening, it presents itself from mild and nutty to strong and spicy.
About the manufacturer:
The Isigny Sainte-Mère cooperative is located in the heart of Normandy and is known for its Camembert, made according to Norman milk tradition. The milk comes from the 430 farms of the cooperative members and is collected within a radius of 50 km around the dairy. Thanks to the unique and protected terroir, the cows can graze on exceptional meadows and thus provide milk of the best quality.
