Hörtnagl's Truffle Liver Spread

This premium spreadable sausage made from calf's liver is a spreadable cooked sausage made from pork, pork liver, calf's liver and black truffle. A select blend of spices, which is mixed in-house, gives this product a pleasant, not intrusive flavour. Black truffle is an enrichment in terms of taste but especially for the look. A creamy mass is created through a sophisticated manufacturing process, which is particularly appreciated by connoisseurs.
