Hörtnagl´s sliced asparagus spread sausage

The asparagus spread sausage is a scalded sausage, which is composed of a fine basic mince and a coarse-grained meat insert with asparagus pieces. The basic mince consists of pork and beef. The insert is made up of selected pork parts and pistachios.

The asparagus, as well as the exquisite spice mixture, which is mixed in-house, gives this product a very special, universally popular flavour. The clear cut is a sign of mature craftsmanship and is appropriately complemented by the green of the asparagus pieces.
