Hörtnagl's Helle Krakauer sliced

The Helle Krakauer is a scalded sausage, which is composed of a fine basic mince and a ham meat insert. The basic mince consists of pork and beef. The approx. 75% ham meat insert are selected prime cuts from the pork leg. An exquisite spice mixture, which is specially mixed in-house, gives this product a pleasant, incomparable, universally popular flavour.
