Hörtnagl´s Wiener Sausage sliced

The Wiener is a scalded sausage with a great tradition, which is composed of a fine basic mince and a fine-grained meat insert. The basic mince consists of pork and beef, the insert of special beef and pork pieces. The sausage casing is not edible. In addition to the exquisite spice mixture, according to the company's own recipe, this product is smoked and cooked and thus receives a very special flavor. Due to this special thermal treatment and adequate drying, this product also has a corresponding shelf life.
