Hörtnagl´s Karreespeck sliced

Selected pork neck pieces are rubbed with a sea salt spice mixture using the dry curing method. During the curing phase, which lasts several weeks, the spices can fully develop and provide a pleasant raw cured flavour.

The cured pork neck pieces are then smoked over beech wood and air-dried.
