Haas Quittin Gelling aid 1:1 2x17g
Use
Cooking instructions: Wash, core, destem and chop the fruit, then weigh it. Add the fruit pulp or juice to a saucepan, sprinkle with Quittin and mix. Bring to a boil while stirring constantly, then stir in 1 kg of sugar, bring to a boil again and cook for another 10 minutes while stirring constantly. Fill the jam into jars while hot and seal immediately. Place on the lid for about 5 minutes. Preparation with fruit juice: 1 sachet is sufficient for 900 g of fruit juice and 1 kg of sugar. Note for safe gelling: Do not more than double the quantities in this recipe.
