The Fine Cheese Co. is a maturing, wholesale, retail and export business for artisan British cheeses, most of which are unpasteurised and all traditionally made. They have been cheese specialists for thirty years and have championed and supported the finest British cheesemakers from the very beginning. 

The Fine Cheese Co. was founded by Ann-Marie Dyas. As a judge at the British and World Cheese Awards, Ann-Marie Dyas campaigned for the survival of traditional cheesemaking and brought farmhouse cheese to a wider audience.

Throughout its history, The Fine Cheese Co. has sought out, nurtured and cherished handmade cheese. They have also made it their business to know what makes it sing and what makes it soar. The result is their dedicated and unique ranges of crackers (made by their sister company Artisan Biscuits), fruits, whole fruits, chutneys and English pickles for cheese.
