Rosé vom Kalk 2023 11.5% ABV

From over 30-year-old vines, which were planted by grandfather Josef Trummer, a rosé is created after a short maceration period and spontaneous fermentation, reminiscent of the style of Provence.

Light-footed and easy to drink, it is perfect for mild summer evenings.

The Weingut Trummer is a relatively young winery.
Jürgen Trummer represents the third generation on the farm. At the age of 21, he took over responsibility for the vines, the harvest, the grapes and the development of the wines - and that in full. Why so early? Because especially in viticulture, the impetuosity of the young generation must be fully exploited. Nature quickly shows its limits anyway.

In 2022, Jürgen Trummer was awarded Newcomer of the Year by Guide Gault Millau.
