Zutaten: Semmelbrösel (WEIZENMEHL, Salz, Hefe), Gewürze (4,5% Zwiebeln, Knoblauch, Paprika, weißer Pfeffer, Kümmel, Muskatnuss), Jodsalz (Salz, Kaliumjodat), Aromen (mit WEIZEN), HÜHNEREI-EIWEISS, Kräuter (1,3% Petersilie, Majoran), Hefeextrakt, geräucherter Speck (Speck, Rauch), Kartoffelstärke, Sonnenblumenöl, Antioxidationsmittel (Extrakt aus Rosmarin), Salz. Kann SELLERIE, MILCH, SENF und SOJA enthalten.
Trocken und nicht über Zimmertemperatur lagern.
Frisch dazu: 500 g Faschiertes (gemischt); Zubereitung: 1. Beutelinhalt mit 150 ml kaltem Wasser vermengen und einige Minuten stehen lassen. 2. 500 g gemischtes Faschiertes dazugeben und gut vermengen. 3. Faschiertes wie gewohnt zubereiten, z.B. Laibchen formen und in heißem Sonnenblumenöl braten.
