Hoegaarden Wit Blanche - Probably the best-known Wit beer from Belgium. The beer style Witbier is a reference to the German wheat beers, but fresher and brewed with spices. In the glass, this Witbier has a cloudy yellow colour. The aroma has notes of coriander, wheat and citrus fruits. The taste is refreshingly fruity, with delicate sweetness from the pale malt and slightly acidic.

The brewery is named after the town of the same name in the Flemish part of Belgium and belongs to the Anheuser-Busch InBev Group. Brewing has been going on in the village since the Middle Ages, but the tradition disappeared shortly after the end of the Second World War. It wasn't until the mid-sixties that Pierre Celis founded a brewery again and named it after the place.
