Herbert Zillinger BIO Horizont Grüner Veltliner 2021

Biodynamically produced Grüner Veltliner from the Weinviertel, by Herbert Zillinger. The unfiltered, dry white wine is the perfect introduction to the Austrian natural wine world. The fruity-floral notes, the medium body and the somewhat higher acidity make the wine a unique Weinviertel wine, with a certain twist.

About the producer:

The winery of Herbert and Carmen Zillinger is located in Ebenthal, in the Weinviertel, where they cultivate 15 hectares biodynamically. Their wines are defined by structure and profile and are divided into four expansion stages.

From the slightly fruity wines to the radical (Edition Z) wines. The Herbert & Carmen Zillinger winery has been a member of the biodynamic winegrower group respekt-BIODYN since 2016. 2017 is the first certified vintage. The wines from Herbert & Carmen Zillinger are not sealed with cork but with a screw cap.
