Preparation recommendation: 

Consume hot.

In the pan: Fry in a hot pan over medium heat with lid for 5 minutes. Then turn and fry for another 3 minutes.

BBQ/Grill: Grill on a hot grill for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
