Manchego semicurado DOP
Spanish DOP cheese from the La Mancha region in central Spain. It is made with the milk of the Manchega sheep and aged for 3-4 months.
The cheese dough has a sparse perforation, the taste is aromatic. In order for the aromas to fully develop, allow to come to room temperature before consumption.
The rind is not suitable for consumption.
