Cosi BIO Fennel Salami sliced

Traditional Italian salami made from selected pork with organic fennel seeds.

The salami is made from the best pork from robust Italian breeds and processed according to an old, local recipe. Selected spices and fennel seeds are added to the meat mixture and give it its characteristic taste. It is then matured and dried. It is characterized by its intense taste and aroma as well as its dark red to red color, which is interspersed with coarse fat grains on the cut.

Sustainable packaging

Eco pack is a new environmentally friendly packaging developed by Golfera. The food packaging is environmentally friendly, because the company uses 70% less plastic compared to conventional plastic packaging.

What makes the packaging different? The packaging has a shell made of recyclable paper (FSC-certified paper from sustainable forestry), respects the environment and biological values and last but not least involves the consumer in a completely new experience.

Store refrigerated at 2-7°C, please remove from the refrigerator 15 minutes before consumption and open. Please consume promptly after opening.
