The salami is filled into a can and matured for a month, during which the mixture inside hardens. The salami is then rolled in flour, a process that prevents the outer layer from drying out. It is characterized by its delicately spicy flavor with a long aftertaste.

Sustainable packaging

Eco pack is a new environmentally friendly packaging developed by Golfera. The food packaging is environmentally friendly because the company uses 70% less plastic compared to conventional plastic packaging.

What makes the packaging different? The packaging has a shell made of recyclable paper (FSC-certified paper from sustainable forestry), respects the environment and organic values, and last but not least, involves the consumer in a completely new experience.
