Byodo BIO Brat-Olivenöl mild

For a particularly mild olive note when frying, Byodo has created a unique oil composition of extra virgin olive oil and the finest high-oleic sunflower oil. Heat-sensitive plant substances are filtered from the oil using the Byo-Protect process - gently and naturally. This makes the "Brat-Olive mild" highly heat-resistant. Rounded off with native olive oil, it gets its fine, subtle olive note.
The Brat-Olive Mild is the perfect choice for frying, grilling or deep-frying when a subtle olive note is desired that emphasizes the food's own flavor.
