Heat 0.5 - 1cm of oil in the pan at 3/4 heat. When the oil is hot, carefully slide the falafel into the hot oil. Fry for 3 minutes per side in the hot oil until the falafel are nicely crispy brown. Then drain briefly on kitchen paper.

Alternative: Preparation in the deep fryer.
