Canadian Angus Flank Steak:
The Flank steak is cut from the "flank" of the beef , more precisely from the belly flap. In Belgium and France the cut has been popular for the dish steak frites for a long time. The steak has a somewhat coarser muscle fibre and is chewier to the bite. After preparation, it must be cut into narrow strips across the grain, only then is it wonderfully tender.
Brazilian Ribeye Steak:
The Ribeye Steak is an absolute all-rounder in the kitchen and is cut from the front part of the entrecôte (front sirloin) .
