King salmon (Oncorhynchus tshawytscha) make up around 0.7% of the world's salmon populations and are considered the noblest salmon in the world. The Ōra King Salmon is the nonplusultra of this rare and exclusive species. It grows in the Marlborough Sounds in the northernmost part of the South Island of New Zealand. The pure and isolated water of the Marlborough Sounds is the perfect habitat to breed the Ōra King Salmon in a natural and healthy way.
