During production in Northern Italy, only renewable energy is used, and continuous reduction of CO2 emissions is ensured. The water used comes from the surrounding Dolomites. Thanks to the long resting time of 24 hours, the dough has time to rise. It requires only a little yeast and impresses with its lightness and full aroma.
Preparation recommendation:
Preheat the oven well, while letting the pizza thaw slightly. After approx. 10 minutes, remove the packaging and bake the pizza on the oven rack on the middle shelf until desired browning and crispiness. 200°C (top and bottom heat) / 180°C (convection) for approx. 10-13 minutes. The suitable baking time may vary depending on the appliance.
