Dry Aged Spider Steak from organic Angus beef.
The Spider Steak, also known as the "bat wing", is cut from the sirloin of the beef and is a real insider tip among steak lovers. Due to its fine marbling and high fat content, it remains particularly juicy and tender, while offering an intense meaty flavour. The Spider Steak is ideal for searing or grilling, and due to its tender texture, it should only be cooked briefly to develop its full flavour. This rare cut is ideal for steak fans looking for something special.
Due to the special Haltungform and feeding of the Grünauer organic Angus beef, the meat is strong in flavour and colour. In combination with the special breed of cattle, the Angus beef, the result is unique, organic, quality beef. A product for true connoisseurs with a focus on sustainable meat enjoyment.

About the producer:
Our organic farm Bioangus Grünau is located in the heart of the green Styria in the immediate vicinity of Austria's most important pilgrimage site. We offer our animals ideal living conditions. On our certified organic farm, the cattle have year-round access to the outdoors. In summer, our own mountain pasture in the region at 1,500 metres above sea level offers very high-quality feed and plenty of space for undisturbed movement. In winter, we feed them with silage or hay from our own cultivation.
The Biohof Grünau focuses on the highest quality and hygiene standards throughout the entire cycle: from the species-appropriate Haltung of the animals, to the slaughter on our own farm, to the storage and processing of the meat. It is our daily Anspruch to offer the cattle the best possible quality of life and our customers the best possible meat quality.
