Dark bitter chocolate ice cream and creamy vanilla ice cream with homemade cherry sauce, garnished with the famous brownies from our bakery.
With great attention to detail, Misssi combines the art of baking and pastry making with the craft of ice cream making. This is how the Ice Cream Desserts are created, unique dessert creations and culinary delights.
Each individual ice cream dessert composition is made exclusively from 100% natural ingredients and the best organic milk from Salzburg.
No flavor enhancers or other additives are used at all. And you can taste it.
Recommendation for consumption:
For 100% enjoyment, let the ice cream dessert thaw at room temperature for a few minutes.

CONSCIOUS. The milk comes from cows with horns. A rarity. They enjoy life on a large meadow with a mountain view, not far from our factory.
REGIONAL. Wherever possible, we use ingredients directly from the producer. This guarantees us fully ripe fruit, high-quality oils, crunchy nuts and the best honey.
NATURAL. Nature gives our ingredients plenty of flavor and color. There is no need for flavor enhancers, color additives, flavors or ready-made mixtures.
CREAMY. Very creamy. The use of only natural ingredients and careful processing gives our ice cream a special creaminess.
Our factory is located in Saalfelden. With a view of the wonderful mountain landscape, we produce Misssi ice cream in close cooperation with our agricultural suppliers, mostly from our region.
