MAMA KONSTANTINA Fakes
A classic of everyday Greek cuisine: lentil soup.
Preparation recommendation:
Mama Konstantina recommends: Heat the stew slowly in a pot, serve with Kritharaki or pasta. Drizzle with a little olive oil and red wine vinegar. Kalí órexi!
About the manufacturer:
Star chef Konstantin Filippou brings Greek joie de vivre to Austrian plates with every bite with the MAMA KONSTANTINA manufactory.
The idea for his latest project MAMA KONSTANTINA came about during Konstantin Filippou's childhood and youth on his family trips to Greece. There he experienced Greek conviviality and hospitality paired with Mediterranean culinary delicacies. As an adult, he found new inspiration with the “real” Mama Konstantina, an olive farmer and passionate cook from Kalamata and a friend of the Filippou family.
Together with her, he curated Greek kitchen classics so that they are also available in our country - as a nostalgic piece of Greece that reminds us of holidays with friends back then.
