Gölles White Balsamic Vinegar

I am the youngest in the balsamic family, still a little green behind the ears. But you can also call me an all-rounder or a multi-talent - that's probably the most accurate. I am fermented from white wine, refined with concentrated grape juice and, unlike my relatives, I am light in color and wonderfully sweet and sour in taste.
