Ingredients for raclette with potatoes (4-6 people)
● 140 g Violife Spicy Slices ● 1.5 kg waxy potatoes ● Pearl onions ● Cornichons ● Corn on the cob ● Salt and pepper ● Paprika powder
PREPARATION
Boil the potatoes.
Melt the Violife Spicy Slices in a raclette pan.
As soon as the Violife Spicy Slices have melted nicely, serve with the potatoes.
Serve with pearl onions, cornichons and corn on the cob. Pour the melted Violife Spicy Slices over the potatoes and sprinkle with fresh pepper and paprika powder. Enjoy your meal!
