Tasting notes
Deep dark ruby garnet with violet reflections, delicately mineral nuances of blackberries and cherries, a hint of orange zest, juicy, black forest berry confit, freshly structured, pleasant finish

Vinification
In the cellar, the grapes were quickly destemmed and crushed and fermented for 19 days in a stainless steel tank with automatic temperature control at 28°C with flooding and aeration. This wine is aged for 6 months in 100% large wooden barrels.
