Gulasch from organic Angus beef, diced.
The goulash meat from Angus beef is cut from the rump (calf) and from the neck. The meat, which is shot through with collagen, is perfect for hearty one-pot dishes that simmer slowly, causing the collagen contained in the meat to "melt" and become buttery soft.
Due to the special husbandry and feeding of the Grünauer organic Angus beef, the meat is strong in taste and colour. In combination with the special breed of cattle, the Angus beef, the result is unique, organic, quality beef. A product for true connoisseurs with a focus on sustainable meat enjoyment.

About the producer:
Our organic Angus farm Grünau is located in the heart of the green Styria in the immediate vicinity of Austria's most important pilgrimage site. We offer our animals ideal living conditions. On our certified organic farm, the cattle have year-round access to the outdoors. In summer, our own mountain pasture in the region at 1,500 metres above sea level offers very high feed quality and plenty of space for undisturbed movement. In winter, we feed them with silage or hay from our own cultivation.
The Grünau organic farm focuses on the highest quality and hygiene standards throughout the entire cycle: from the species-appropriate keeping of the animals, to the slaughter on our own farm, to the storage and processing of the meat. It is our daily claim to offer the cattle the best possible quality of life and our customers the best possible meat quality.
