Pico Affine
Soft cheese made from pure goat's milk with a natural rind, which can become slightly yellowish and wavy. It matures for 8 days at the producer's, and you can let it mature further in its box. Distinctive and spicy goat flavour.
About the producer:
Picandou® originally comes from the small Picandine cheese dairy, which is located in Saint Astier in the White Périgord. In the midst of lush nature, this cheese is produced with great care and with the best goat's milk, the milk is collected exclusively from goat herders, all of whom are located in the Périgord region. The milk used is transported daily to the cheese dairy. It is produced by traditional manufacturers who mainly feed their goats with home-grown grass.
