Gimar Smoked Salmon, thinly sliced.
The smoking process uses natural smoke from a mixture of fine hardwoods, which creates impressive and wonderfully nuanced aromas. The fish is first salted, dried and smoked over fine woods. Dry curing salts are applied by hand only, to ensure a gentler, more even cure. The drying process is slow and natural, so that the textures remain perfectly structured, soft and flowing.
