We are proud to present the first burger developed and produced in Switzerland – the "The Green Mountain" burger. For all those who want to enjoy but not eat meat! The "The Green Mountain" burger looks and tastes like meat. Just without the meat. And it is different. The plant-based burger is an excellent source of fiber and has a high protein and vitamin B12 content.
Preparation:
- Pan 9-10 min.: Fry with a little oil over medium heat. Turn several times in between.
- Grill (depending on type) 7-13 min.: Grill over low to medium heat. Turn several times in between.
- Oven (175 °C) 11 min.: Turn once after half the cooking time.
