After decades of tradition in the Carinthian mountain air, naturally dried in noble mould for at least 6 weeks, the SALAMICI Truffle delights every gourmet with its mild taste and subtle truffle note. Its rustic shape, reminiscent of genuine craftsmanship, with medium grain, is characteristic. A speciality for lovers of fine salami.
