What's special about our cinnamon wafers

Our cinnamon wafers are wonderfully crispy and not as mushy as traditional caramel wafers. Since the crispy waffles are baked individually on an iron and not dipped in oil or fat, they are particularly light and tasty. We have refined the pastry with a pleasant sweetness and the spicy taste of high-quality cinnamon. But the best thing is: Unlike the well-known Dutch Stroopwafels, our cinnamon wafers are thinly pressed and do not contain any sugar filling. So you can nibble on a few more waffle cookies at once.
