How? What? Where? Well, it's actually quite simple: Beetgold has thought about counteracting food waste and the result is the whole vegetable tortillas. Whether they are tortillas, wraps or flatbreads by definition was somehow not quite clarified. But it is certain that they contain significantly less carbohydrates than conventional wheat tortillas, and you can decide for yourself what you want to call them. But it doesn't really matter, as long as it tastes good, we think! Brand new! Totally simple! Delicious!

And what exactly is it now?

To be precise, these whole vegetable tortillas are made from the pomace of beetroot. This is the product that is left over from the production of beetroot juice and has not been used until now. Much too bad, the Beetgold team thought, and made tortillas out of it. These have fewer carbohydrates, more fibre and are already your vegetable base, so to speak. How you fill them is entirely up to you. Hearty and even sweet fillings are possible! Be creative, let off steam and help reduce food waste - in a delicious way! Very practical: prepare, pack and enjoy on the go!
