This fresh cheese speciality is a variation on the classic mozzarella, but here small pockets are formed and filled with a mixture of cream and pasta filata. The result is a creamy taste explosion of the exclusive variety. Devoted burrata lovers eat it with fresh mango chutney, aged balsamic vinegar or classically with fresh basil and high-quality olive oil.
