Alternating layers of light almond nougat and dark hazelnut nougat, crisply refined with chopped hazelnut brittle. Dipped in an intense dark milk chocolate with a whopping 60% cocoa content.
ZOTTER SCHOKOLADE - they focus on variety, quality, creativity, sustainability and 100% organic and fair. CHOCOLATE - BEAN-TO-BAR! In the chocolate manufactory in Riegersburg, Zotter makes the chocolate bean-to-bar itself. From the cocoa bean to the finished bar, everything in house. The roasting, grinding, rolling and conching is done in small batches and individually matched to the cocoa. Around 200 people are employed in Riegersburg, producing fresh chocolate every day and taking care of everything that needs to be done all around.
