Sweet chocolate coating
The special extra for many cakes and biscuits: This Alnatura couverture is made from fine dark chocolate and has a cocoa content of 60 percent. It is easy to handle. Especially recommended: Dip fresh fruit into the warmed, liquid chocolate coating - and the chocolate fondue is ready. All ingredients of the Alnatura dark chocolate coating come from organic farming.

Kann Spuren von Gluten, Milch, Mandel, Haselnuss, Pecannuss und Pistazie enthalten.
Trocken & vor Wärme geschützt lagern.
Zubereitungsanweisung: Die Alnatura Kuvertüre Zartbitter zerkleinert im Wasserbad auf ca. 40°C erwärmen. Gelegentlich umrühren. Kurz abkühlen lassen und zügig verarbeiten. Gebäck, das mit Kuvertüre überzogen wird, sollte Zimmertemperatur haben.
