Kurz ums Eck is the brand of the farm owned by Bernhard and Julia Kurz. They are dedicated organic farmers who put their whole heart into their animals and thus also their dairy products. They produce according to the guidelines of BIO Austria and practice mother-bound rearing. Their dairy cows graze on idyllic local pastures, and production is from raw milk.
