Zubereitung: 1) Für einen Beutel (3 Portionen) 350 ml Wasser, einen halben Teelöffel Salz (2 g) und 5 g Margarine oder Butter aufkochen. 2) Topf vom Herd nehmen und 150 ml kalte fettarme Milch dazugeben. 3) Püreeflocken mit einem Kochlöffel kurz einrühren. Nach 1-2 Minuten nochmals kurz durchrühren und servieren. Tipp: Auch für die Zubereitung mit pflanzlichen Milchalternativen (z.B. auf Sojabasis) geeignet.
