The colour of the Pinot grigio Classici from Lavis shines an intense golden yellow in the glass. On the nose, warm scents of ripe pears, honey and hazelnut unfold. On the palate, the Pinot grigio is extremely fruity, fresh, very mineral as well as rounded with a long finish.
The La-Vis wine cooperative dates back to 1850, when the Cembran family built the first nucleus of its current production structure. It was officially founded after the war, in 1948, by 14 enterprising winegrowers and grew and strengthened year after year, also through the acquisition of other productive realities, such as the merger with the South Tyrolean cooperative of Salurn in 1969, for which the Durer Way brand still stands today, and the merger with the Cantina di Cembra Valle di Montagna in 2003.
