This test is a non-automated self-test for home use for the qualitative detection of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in a woman's urine to determine pregnancy. Intended for use from 6 days before a missed period (5 days before the period is due).
Although referred to as the "pregnancy hormone," a small number of women who are not pregnant may have low levels of hCG in their urine (this usually applies to women approaching or already in menopause). This could mean there is a very small risk that these women may get a false-positive result if they use a high-sensitivity pregnancy test, i.e., a pregnancy test that can be used very early because it must be able to detect low hCG levels. However, research shows that these women may also have high levels of associated FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone). Clearblue's DualSense Technology is a unique system designed to intercept hCG when high levels of FSH are present in the urine, helping to avoid the possibility of false-positive results within this group of women.
How to Use
1). Required materials, but not included: Clean, dry container and a stopwatch. Remove the test from the foil, remove the cap, and use the test immediately. Hold the absorbent tip pointing downwards and place only the tip either:

2). The red lines will appear slowly. If they do not, please refer to the "Test Error" section. Wait 5 FULL MINUTES before reading the result.
3). If you see two lines, you are pregnant. Regardless of whether one of the lines is lighter or darker than the other. The result is only valid if a red line appears in the control window. If this is not the case, please refer to the "Test Error" section. IMPORTANT! Read your result within 10 minutes of performing the test. Ignore any changes after this time.
