The Panettone should be cut at the table with a long, very sharp serrated knife. After cutting, Panettone should be eaten by hand.

About the Production

Fiasconaro Panettoni are produced in Sicily, in Castelbuono sulle Madonie in the province of Palermo, by Fiasconaro Pasticceria. Fiasconaro is a continuously expanding Sicilian company, known worldwide for its traditional Panettone, a typical dessert of the Milanese Christmas tradition, which has been rethought and reinterpreted in a Sicilian and Madonita style with various flavors.

Fiasconaro Panettone is considered one of the best artisan-made Panettone in Sicily and is still characterized by the careful selection of raw materials and the production process. The preparation of Fiasconaro desserts is done by hand and with consideration for the baking time. Only after 36 hours of fermentation and thanks to the use of mother yeast can the baking process of Fiasconaro Panettone begin. The selected ingredients come exclusively from Sicilian production.
